"We first experienced Steve's expertise in the kitchen a number of years ago when he was the chef for our food and wine pairings. Customers at our wine bar were absolutely blown away with the flavors from the food he prepared. He's not afraid to try unique cooking styles and techniques and he seems to always be successful. We have since closed the wine bar and the only thing I miss is Steve showing up with something delicious to eat. I have used Steve as a private caterer for our wedding and the wedding party was barely able to get the food he prepared because once the rest of the guests tried his food they gobbled it up. He has a unique ability to not only pair flavors to create a successful dish, he has the unique ability to pair flavors with anything you may be drinking (e.g. wine). I SO look forward to sampling his masterpieces in the future!"
